Oscars Fine Art & Framing started life in Haslingden, Rossendale back in the 60's formerly know as the Anne Belshaw Gallery ,in year 2000 The Business changed hands and the Business Name was changed to 'Oscars"
Soon after the Business Moved to Bank Street Rawtenstall a very busy Northern town, Oscars began having Artist Exhibitions from Geoff Butterworth,and a Host of More....Ordering Pictures and Prints of Local and International Artists.
Oscars also started stocking Gifts and Jewellery as well as Limited edition prints and Original Pictures.
In 2005 the Business Changed hands again and and I carried on the Business with great success, but the New age was upon us, so i decided to re establish 'Oscars" in the present day for the better ,I must say the move in to the New Technology wasn't a easy decision to make, but I had to move with the times.
The Internet is paramount now days so I chose to embrace it.
I have spent many happy hours in Rawtenstall but the sign of the times made it inevitable that "Things had to change"
It was a sad day when I closed the doors in Bank Street after meeting and working with the local people, which in my eyes were the salt of the earth.

Oscars also provide a full bespoke Framing Service for all your requirements, from restoring your Favourite Oil painting to displaying your Sports Memorabilia,Football Shirts, Signed Pictures , ANYTHING, within reason of course.
